Great North Pie Co, Kampus

Award winning Great North Pie Co approached Up North Architects to lead the design of their new flagship kitchen and bar at the Kampus development in Manchester city centre.

This followed UNA completing Nell’s on the opposite side of the vibrant canalside garden. GNPC required a high end contemporary feel, and, in a compact unit, the intention was to make the venue feel spacious and relaxed.

Dark mirrors help to visually expand the space, and these sit alongside precise tile grids. The bar has been designed to project discretely into the seating area, and this creates a welcoming and intimate atmosphere.

The venue has opened to critical acclaim in February 2023
