Spirit of Manchester Distillery & Three Little Words Cocktail Bar & Restaurant

Up North Architects designed a city centre distillery, cocktail bar and restaurant for Manchester Gin. Opened in late 2019, the project introduced a new cocktail bar - Three Little Words. Located on Watson Street in the city centre, the extensive venue is set within six grade 2* listed vaults beneath Manchester Central.

Up North Architects provided a full architectural and conservation role, in addition to designing the suite of interiors.

The venue is now open.
