UNA were commissioned by the Cheshire Smokehouse to undertake architectural and interior design services to create a new 3-storey wine bar, restaurant and cafe for the 100 yr old Smokehouse business that enjoys a forest edge location, at Vost Farm in Cheshire.
UNA stripped out and opened up a 3-storey building to create a 'Smokehouse bar'. A dark woodland theme is inspired by the Smokehouse process and forest edge location.
Smoke bar represents a new business direction and ambition for the long established family run business. New wood-burning stoves, a charred Accoya bar, double height dining rooms and even a 100 year old burnt out ash tree, create a unique and engaging setting of darkened interiors and warm lighting.
Smoke opened in November 2018
